After coaching in the sport and fitness industry for over 30 years, I have developed a unique integrated systems approach that helps me create highly effective Personal Performance Plans for my clients. Among my clientele are elite athletes pursuing peak performance and individuals embarking on transformative health journeys, including those undergoing pre or post-surgical rehabilitation and those recovering from injuries.

My approach is consistently results-driven, using proven methods I have developed throughout my career. Continually researching advances in Coaching, Communication, and Practice Transfer, I enjoy attending conferences with prominent specialists to improve my ability to achieve success with my clients.

How does it work?

Step 1: Getting To Know You:

  • I will then send you a questionnaire to complete and return to gather further specific information.

  • Once you have returned the completed questionnaire I will contact you to arrange a convenient time for an initial call to establish how we can work together.

Step 2: Your Bespoke Programme:

  • Using the information gathered in Step 1, I will prepare your personal programme and strategy.

Step 3: Tracking your Progress:

  • I will guide and coach you through the process, monitor your progress and arrange weekly catch-ups to keep you on track and accountable.
